Wow! I’m four days behind on my posts! But did I continue on with my diet?

Well, if you follow me on Instagram, then you’d know, but if you don’t… Of course, I did! I love this diet! Sure, I have some desires to consume a few burritos or a beer here or there, but I know I will have the time to do so during my ten-day “re-introductory period.”

In the meantime, I’ve been swamped with my days on television and writing on my book. Yet, I’m still planning on documenting my continuing diet in written (and photographic) form to help others who may be planning on trying Whole30 themselves. Huh, I used to be so busy watching television. Oh, how times have changed.

Oh, also, this means that you may see four posts in one day to catch up on this journey!

Day Fifteen. Halfway through, even after my five-day reset. I’m in the homestretch now!

To celebrate, I began my day with pretty much the same breakfast:

I’m seriously not tired of eggs yet.

Then, I went to work on 9-1-1! I love this show; it’s challenging, and never gives me a moment’s rest. I prefer to run around, then to sit idly by waiting to work.

This meant that I didn’t eat much during the day! By the time I got to the above first location, I was lucky enough to lock-up near the crafty set-up, and it had something I could eat!!

Hours later, the company moved to our second location of the day, and the afternoon snack wasn’t for me… Although, I WISH it was. I honestly can’t even remember what it was, but in that moment, it tempted me nonetheless.

Finally, I was able to get to basecamp for lunch and ate the same old boring catering food that was Whole30 approved:

I ate a red apple after returning home, and that’s really all the food I ate today. I stayed up later than usual and wrote on some pieces before calling it a night. I planned on sleeping in because tomorrow was a WEDNESDAY overnight shoot in Long Beach. Our call was Four PM.
