For #53 of the #DLMChallenge #365moviesin365days on April 4th I watched: Fanboys.
This was one of my long-standing Must Sees in my imaginary list of movies to watch before the actual list of the #DLMChallenge.
When I heard that the plot of this movie involved a friend who was dying, it’s almost as if I didn’t watch it because it might hit home like other films such as the following 50/50 and Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines. Both involved cancer, the latter of which was the same type of Leukemia I had. And I watched it the month before I was diagnosed.
In the end, this film became so much more. It became a tale of friends, adventure, and spoilers.
I can’t believe he didn’t tell them how bad Episode I was.
