This is when I decided to begin my #DLMChallenge #365moviesin365days journey when on January 15, I watched Gone Girl. Holy shit what a movie. One of my favorite David Fincher films, and that’s clearly saying a lot.
The script is beautifully crafted by the original writer of the novel, Gillian Flynn. I think this allows for a more adept adaptation of the source material. Imagine Tolkien writing his own Lord of the Rings movies… Yeah, it probably would be weird. But this one is (from what I hear) translated magnificently.
