Ep. 50 Extravaganza!
In honor of making it to FIFTY episodes, this one is JAMMED-packed today!
We talk our favorite movies from each year that we’ve been alive with our guest Dan Davis of the 44 Minutes Podcast (and this topic is LONG). ALSO: Share your lists with us on Facebook!!
Then, we quickly discuss my #52PickUp, and finally, we reach back into the annals of time and find every single guest and former co-host we’ve featured so far and chat with them about their experiences recording Not Quite Hollywood.
So enjoy this EXTRA long episode!

Bonus Ep #1: The Year in Film (So Far)
This week is a little different as we break out the previous episode’s first topic into its own segment.
The landscape of film has changed. Once, we looked to the summer blockbusters for a little substance along with the entertainment, but lately, they’ve been lacking on both; so we rate the year and offer our Top Three films (so far).
(Normally) each odd-numbered episode we talk specific films, and each even-numbered episode we discuss topics regarding Hollywood and the things we’re passionate about (either way).
Listen here.

21- The All Horror Episode!
Episode 21- The All Horror/Thriller Episode!
In typical Not Quite Hollywood fashion, we didn’t plan to have all of our films (including our special guest, Brandon Doyen [from We Need Movies]) be in the horror genre of films, but it’s a happy accident nonetheless!
Brandon– Return of the Living Dead (Starts at 00:00)
John– Bone Tomahawk (10:26)
Jamie– The Invitation (17:38)
August– House [1977] (23:41)
Naturally SPOILERS for each film ahead!
Each odd-numbered episode we talk specific films, and each even-numbered episode we discuss topics regarding Hollywood and the things we’re passionate about (either way).
